Dr. Chitrakala Rajkumar

Managing Director

Dr. Chitrakala Rajkumar is the Managing Director of the Lifeline Group of Hospitals and the Managing Director of Sapiens Software, with over 30 years of extensive experience in General Medicine and hospital administration. Her long-standing clinical and operational expertise provides a strong foundation for both healthcare delivery and digital transformation.

Under the Dr Rajarathinam Medical and Educational Trust, Dr. Chitrakala actively leads regular breast cancer screening programs and provides treatment and long-term care for HIV-related diseases, along with organizing free medical camps for underserved communities.

At Sapiens Software, she plays a key role in UI/UX refinement, workflow optimisation, system integrations and process simplification, ensuring a seamless software experience for small clinics, multispeciality hospitals and super-speciality institutions. Her guidance ensures the software remains practical, scalable and deeply aligned with real-world healthcare operations.

Prabhakar

Director of Finance

Prabhakar is a seasoned finance leader with over 30 years of global experience across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the USA. He spent 23 years with Schlumberger, holding key global controller roles and leading large-scale asset management and finance transformation initiatives. He also played a pivotal role in developing and providing the financial logic framework for the Credence application.

He joined the Group as Executive Director – Finance in 2020 after serving as a partner at Xander Mace Pte Ltd, consulting primarily in the oil and gas sector. Prabhakar holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Madras and is a Chartered Accountant (India) and Certified Public Accountant (USA).

Gomathy Mani

CTO

Gomathy Mani is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of international experience spanning global MNCs and entrepreneurial ventures, with a strong foundation built during her long tenure at Schlumberger. She has successfully built, scaled and led high-performance services and sales organizations across technology, enterprise software and digital transformation domains.

Her leadership experience includes managing large P&Ls exceeding USD 60 million, driving complex transformation programs and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across diverse geographies including India, the Middle East, Africa and the United States. She has played a pivotal role in transitioning legacy software portfolios to SaaS and cloud-first models, forging strategic partnerships with global technology providers and strengthening customer success for large, mission-critical deployments.

Beyond her corporate career, Gomathy brings strong entrepreneurial depth, having co-founded and scaled a pan-India consumer business to multiple locations within a short time frame. This blend of corporate rigor and hands-on entrepreneurship enables her to bring execution excellence, strategic clarity and people-focused leadership to organizations seeking scalable growth and sustainable impact.

Dr. Shreya Rajkumar

COO

Dr. Shreya Rajkumar, daughter of the Chairman Dr. JS Rajkumar, is part of the management team at Sapiens Software, bringing with her strong clinical expertise and a deep understanding of real-world healthcare operations. A highly qualified Specialist General Surgeon with extensive experience in minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Shreya works closely within hospital environments where operational efficiency directly impacts patient outcomes.

Her medical practice exposes her daily to on-ground challenges such as workflow delays, coordination gaps between departments, documentation overload and technology limitations faced by doctors and staff. This first-hand exposure allows her to provide valuable inputs that help translate clinical pain points into practical, technology-driven solutions.

At Sapiens Software, Dr. Shreya actively contributes to software optimisation by aligning product development with actual hospital workflows. Her insights help the team design swift, intuitive and scalable solutions that address operational barriers rather than theoretical problems. By bridging healthcare realities with software innovation, she plays a key role in ensuring that Sapiens Software delivers solutions that are efficient, user-centric and grounded in real operational needs.

Dr. Aluru Jayakrishna Reddy

CMO

Dr. Aluru Jayakrishna Reddy, CMO, is an integral part of the management team at Sapiens Software. A highly experienced General and Gastrointestinal Surgeon, Dr. Jayakrishna brings deep clinical insight and operational clarity drawn from years of active surgical practice in high-volume hospital environments.

His day-to-day exposure to hospital workflows enables him to play a critical advisory role in software development, particularly in areas that directly impact patient care and administrative efficiency. He actively guides the optimisation of patient report generation, ensuring swift, accurate and structured clinical documentation. His inputs also help streamline insurance processes, including claim preparation, medical itemisation, approvals and real-time communication with attenders and insurance providers.

In addition, Dr. Jayakrishna contributes to designing seamless modules for operation theatre requirements, surgical planning, consumables tracking and post-operative reporting. His continuous involvement ensures that Sapiens Software evolves in line with real medical service needs, delivering practical, time-saving and clinician-friendly solutions that bridge the gap between healthcare operations and technology
